As Customer Support Specialist, I provide friendly and efficient support that includes training, demonstrations, education, and support for software and hardware. I help communicate tech-related barriers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and facilitate solutions. Apex allows me to leverage and combine my customer service and technical skills to provide efficient support. I have a passion for helping people and solving issues at any scale.

Background & Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston, majoring in Leadership and Supervision with a focus in Computer Information Systems. I’ve had the opportunity to provide support in my past experiences and enjoyed working with various systems. Throughout the years I’ve acquired a certification as Lean Six Sigma, Technical Trainer, and Certified Business Analyst Professional. Aside from work I enjoy being active, trying different activities and recipes. Keeps things exciting!
