Visit the Cerberus web site: https://sftp.apexeval.org/login Log in using your email address and password
You will be prompted to enter a one-time code from the Google Authenticator on your device.
1. Open Google Authenticator app on your device to view your code.
2. Enter the six digit code to sign in to Cerberus.

Click the green Add Files button
Select your data file. File must be saved in .csv format
Click the blue Start Upload button
Your uploaded file(s) will be imported into the Apex Data Hub
Log out from Cerberus
