Submitting a ticket for CS ROI issues
- Click submit a ticket to open the Apex General Support Request Form
- Enter your Name and Email address
- In the “How can we help you?” section, select “I need support with the Community Schools ROI App.”
- Choose one of more of the following options in the “Please indicate the nature of your support request” section:
- There is a technical issue with the ROI App. Something isn’t working right.
- I have a question about how to use the ROI App, which type of entry I should use, etc.
- It’s something else.
- Provide as many details as possible in the text box.
- Upload attachments such as screenshots, if desired.
- Click Submit.
