As a Senior Evaluator, I lead complex evaluation projects, manage key partner relationships, and provide strategic guidance to ensure project success. My approach is deeply committed to inclusive, participatory practices, amplifying community voices and promoting equity. I excel in creating collaborative environments that meaningfully engage all key players throughout the evaluation lifecycle. Committed to systems-level change, I leverage my expertise in creating systems maps and other visuals to support data-informed decision-making and authentic program storytelling.
Background and Education
With a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’ve honed my evaluation skills by collaboratively supporting program teams in leveraging data for strategic decision-making. As a dedicated lifelong learner, I’m passionate about fostering a learning culture by encouraging innovation, facilitating meaningful reflection, and embodying a growth mindset. Originally from Prague, I relocated to Philadelphia 13 years ago and hold a master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam. Outside of work, I find joy in exploring the world, immersing myself in art, and connecting with nature.
