Our primary area of growth has been in programs related to health and social services – particularly those related to school-based health, including school-based health centers, after-school programs, teen pregnancy, and suicide prevention programs. FOUR-DAY WORKWEEK, ANYONE?
Yep. You heard correctly. Full-time status is 32 hours per week. Our team gives their all while they’re at work. We respect that you have a life outside of work.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING.
We practice a traditional work day, but if you’d like to start a bit earlier to end a bit early or vice versa, we get it. Core meeting hours ensure we’re available to collaborate when need be.
PAID TIME OFF.
Four weeks per calendar year. Plus eight paid holidays, in addition to our annual office closure December 25 through January 1. Six weeks paid parental leave following a child’s birth, adoption, or foster care placement. Three days bereavement leave inclusive of the loss of a pet or whomever you define as your chosen family.
