Role
As the Evaluation Program Manager, I get to collaborate on evaluation studies with our team of evaluators and provide evaluation design and implementation guidance. Together, we also advance evaluation methodology and continue to hone the craft of applying the Apex Blend. The best aspect of my job is the collective learning we do about what makes evaluation equitable and how to make it work across sectors and problems, so that it helps improve lives.
Background and Education
I came to Apex after working for 14 years in various internal and external evaluation and research roles in public education and public health. I have a keen interest in advancing evaluation as a strategic asset for mission-driven organizations. I focus on equitable evaluation, data strategy, data fluency, and continuous improvement. I have a BA in International Relations & History from Colgate University, an MA in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University, and a PhD in Urban Education from Temple University.
In 2018, I relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma and I am enjoying the city’s vibrant art scene together with my husband and two children.
