Role

My role is Technical Support. I am in charge of making sure iPads at all sites are functioning properly, that our app is up to date at all sites, and I work with clients to troubleshoot any issues. I also go to our sites when needed. I help with the Apex Data Hub, walking clients through our system and explaining features and functions.

I am passionate about our app and what it is designed to do! It’s designed to help our youth and community thrive. Our youth are our future and right now, there aren’t a lot of programs out there for them. That is where a lot of problems begin. Our youth end up in the system, turning to drugs and unhealthy alternatives. I feel our app gives them hope, a second chance to get them on the path they need in order to be successful.

Background and Education

I am currently earning an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Central New Mexico Community College. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have an amazing husband of almost five years, four beautiful children and three beautiful fur babies. My hobbies and passion are them. Everything I do is for them and I love to listen to music. I am excited about my future with Apex and watching the company grow!
